Dashing Dishes is a Canadian company that started operations in August of 2005 in Calgary.  Since then, it has served over 3000 families in Calgary and the surrounding communities of Cochrane, Okotoks and Airdrie.   Dashing Dishes prides itself in offering an excellent value to its customers and was awarded the Bennett Jones Emerging Enterprise of the Year in October of 2006.

The founders of Dashing Dishes are Kim and Michael Grech. Newly married, and lovers of healthy food, they felt that preparing a healthy meal was much too time-consuming and very often expensive. They didn't want to spend so much of their time shopping, chopping, cooking and cleaning up, so they decided to bring the Dashing Dishes concept to everyone.

Eric and Melissa were both raised in homes where dinner time is a quality social event for the family, a time to unwind and connect to each other, discussing the everyday events in our lives.

Since becoming parents themselves they have had a strong desire to recreate this family tradition in a time and cost efficient manner. Dashing dishes will provide healthy, delicious meals which will minimize your time spent getting dinner to the table so that you are able to spend more time with your family.
