Dashing Dishes is a Canadian company that started operations in August of 2005 in Calgary.  Since then, it has served over 3000 families in Calgary and the surrounding communities of Cochrane, Okotoks and Airdrie.   Dashing Dishes prides itself in offering an excellent value to its customers and was awarded the Bennett Jones Emerging Enterprise of the Year in October of 2006.

The founders of Dashing Dishes are Kim and Michael Grech. Newly married, and lovers of healthy food, they felt that preparing a healthy meal was much too time-consuming and very often expensive. They didn't want to spend so much of their time shopping, chopping, cooking and cleaning up, so they decided to bring the Dashing Dishes concept to everyone.

 Melinda and Frank Nagy are excited to bring Dashing Dishes to Regina and Area.  They grew up in Saskatchewan but were introduced to Dashing Dishes while living in Airdrie, AB.  They found that for their family of 3 adults and 3 teenagers the 4-6 person meals provided enough food for everyone with a little left over for lunch.

Since Melinda and Frank both worked Full Time, the time saving meal assembly sessions allowed them to prepare nourishing home cooked meals in a fraction of the time, while allowing them to interact with people from their community and socialize.  When they moved "home" to Saskatchewan they were happy to bring Dashing Dishes to their new community to help other families to prepare cost effective homemade meals which the whole family can enjoy.  For those singles and couples who enjoy entertaining, you can provide a full sized quality meal for your guests or split your meals into two to enjoy for yourselves more often.
